Thank you for shopping with MadebyPico! Each item we create is made with care and intention. Because most of our products are made on demand, production and delivery times may vary. This Shipping Policy explains how our fulfillment and delivery process works.
1. Processing & Production Times

All products are made to order.

Standard production time is 3–10 business days after your order is placed.

During high-volume seasons (such as holidays or product launches), production may take up to 5 weeks.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been submitted and another email with tracking information once it ships.
Note: Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

2. Shipping & Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped using the method selected at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times (after production):

Canada & United States: 5–12 business days

International orders: 10–25 business days (depending on customs and regional delays)
Please note these are estimates only. Actual delivery times can vary based on destination, weather conditions, customs clearance, and carrier delays.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery address and the weight or size of your order.
From time to time, MadebyPico may offer free or discounted shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated at checkout.

4. Order Tracking
​
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

If you haven’t received your tracking email within 10 business days, please reach out through our contact us form, and we’ll be happy to help.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
​
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply to their order.
MadebyPico is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

6. Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.
We cannot guarantee address changes once an order is in production. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
​
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us through our contact form within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).
We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund.
